Individual Psychotherapy

(50-minute sessions)

Working with individuals who want to grow, learn and better themselves is a specialty. I have worked with hundreds of individuals and I love doing so!

Do you want to live a more fulfilling life? Do you have past trauma that interferes with your life? Are you interested in EMDR, a research based, scientifically proven intervention to help heal trauma? Are you seeking coping skills to help manage depression, anxiety or anger? Do you need someone outside of your every day life to talk to who won’t judge you, your circumstances, your culture or your beliefs? Do you want someone to listen to you compassionately while providing direction?

Do you feel lost or overwhelmed by life’s stressors? Are you looking to understand your mental health diagnosis better (i.e. Bipolar Disorder, depression, PTSD, anxiety, etc.) ? Do you want to learn to set healthy boundaries with toxic individuals? Are you seeking spiritual direction and guidance with your Christian faith?

If you answered yes to any of these things, you are in the right place. As a Christian therapist, I do not push my beliefs on others and will only bring “faith” into sessions at the client’s request. I absolutely see clients with different beliefs, work well with them, and enjoy doing so.

Family Therapy

(45-minute sessions)

I have worked with countless families and I love helping family dynamics!

Are you struggling with communication between family members? Are you wanting a stronger bond with your family? Are you looking for new ways to communicate with each other?

Do you come from a broken family and are you wanting to not carry over past hurt and pain into your current family dynamics? Are you wanting to break the cycle of abuse from past family generations? Are you a part of a blended family that struggles to connect? Do you have kids or teenagers that appear to be “the problem?” Are you hoping to learn parenting techniques? Are you open to growing yourself, as an adult, in addition to watching your family learn and grow relationally?

If you said yes to any of these questions, you are in the right place!

Premarital Counseling

(45-minute sessions)

Having been married since 2014, relationships hold a special place in my heart. Marriage is both hard work and totally worth the effort!

Are you seriously dating or engaged? Do you want to enjoy recreational companionship with your fiancé? Do you want to understand how men and women truly communicate differently and how to use it to your advantage? Do you feel you will disagree about topics such as kids, finances, expectations, sex and intimacy, or do you have differences in upbringing, which will affect your relationship? Do you want to learn tools for conflict resolution and a dynamic step-by-step approach to resolving conflict? Are you interested in learning your partner’s love language and how to help apply it in your relationship? Are you interested in resources to help your future marriage blossom?

Are you open to having honest conversations about your relationship to ignite understanding, change, and to focus on solutions?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, you are in the right place!
